Hi, I signed up for FIOS on 2/25/25. The promotion at this time for a 1Gig plan IF you had mobile account, would be $64.99 with a 5 year guarantee. I didn't know you had to call separately to have this promotion applied. Anyway I call today and now they're telling me its only $15 promotion not $25 promotion. But that is not fair because I received the proper price guarantee at the time of my original purchase. So why is this not being honored? I need the original guaranteed promotional price applied. This is absolutely horrendous service if you don't. Ive already had the worst issues switching back to Verizon from another carrier. It's been a nightmare. Please honor what you promised, it's not hard!
