Beginning on March 9th I have been bounced around on chat, reset my system probably 20 times during those chat conversations and all I get is messages that the issue has been resolved. I have been a customer of Verizon for 30 years and yet to have someone resolve this issue of connecting my Verizon Fios streaming service to my Amazon Fire TV.
If I don't get this issue resolved today i will need to file a formal complaint
