so i upgraded my iPhone for my daughter nov 2024 for the buymore save more . where you get free watch 10, free ipad with iPhone n 1000 trade. well i got the phone in the mail and it was doa. couldn't ever use it at all. i notified them and they said they would send out a brand new device. well they didn't. they sent me a refurbished phone that i had just purchased. it took over 10 calls n hours of my time of being hung up , argued with, told that how they do things. finally got someone who seemed to know what they were doing.... they did ship me a new phone but to what cost and it took almost a month??? well she canceled my contract with my new phone along with all my promos and cash that i had given them for down payment which on the first bill everything was right on the phone but second came no promos. no record of down payment. so price of phone was higher. well this took several calls n told i was getting scheduled calls from management to never happen. to that it will be fixed to not happen. now being told they can't fix there mistake. they won't fix promo on watch , won't fix the down payment to adjust price on phone. they ay they can only give me a refund in a lump sum. i told them no. i want it fixed to show in my monthly amounts like what i agreed to by contract. they say that contract was cancled to whatever they say it is. ummmmm noooo. i never agreed to this. this is abuse of there power. bad busniess. unethical. breach of contract. i will cancle my service if this doenst get fixed and all of it. they say they cant.. but its they wont.. i have everything documented and proof. so verizon fix or deal with consequences.
