I have tried multiple times to converse and/or text with Verizon's customer service reps. I have a billing issue that nobody can seem to fix. VERIZON OWES ME MONEY. I have asked to speak,with a supervisor/manager and that doesn't work. I have been a great customer for many years and I deserve better service. PLEASE HELP. Who can help me and get my billing corrected and give me my money back.
