Dear All Verizon Customers,
I have been a Verizon customer for 24 years now.
On 28 February 2025, an issue was reported, and only the cable crews could resolve the issue.
It is March 17, 2025, and there is no service, phone tone, etc.
I need to understand that, being a small Verizon customer, I need to find another provider.
Nothing was happening; even the Headquarters was no longer answering the simple question:
They avoid my emails, calls, etc.
- Is this matter going to be resolved in a month, two months, one year, a decade, etc?
