Iphone 14 was bought in 2023 according to Policy should be unlocked after 60 days, thats why i didn't check before traveling, and from here i can't get anyone to check status of my iphone 14 ( imei: *****), any support i contacted asking for authenticate but i can't access it from here. i didn't have any outstanding balance or unpaid bills everything is clear but i don't know why i can't use local esim. if anybody can help me will be glad.
