I keep losing service. I only get one bar in my house and my mothers tried to call me 3 times and it goes straight to voicemail for her. I have a friend that’s called me 11 times and it’s done the same for him as well. I have really important calls I need and now I don’t know who this is happening to

Has your service always been like this at home, or did it only start recently? If it is a recent phenomenon, I'd use the "Check network status" link under the "Get help from Verizon" section on the right to see if there's an outage in your area. If it's like this all the time at home but your service improves if you go elsewhere, then your home is in a dead zone for some reason. If your service is awful no matter where you are...then I'd say it's either something with your account not being provisioned correctly, your carrier settings not being updated, or your phone isn't quite compatible with Verizon.
