$200 Verizon Gift Card Issue

I brought 3 new lines over from AT&T and was promised $200 Verizon gift cards for each line. This has been the most difficult and time consuming process of any promotion ever offered . I’ve spent hours speaking with customer service reps and nobody seems to be able to help. This promotion appears to be a complete sham and deceptive marketing by Verizon. Has anyone filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB)?

This is a pretty common problem. I'd link a thread with useful tips for navigating the Switcher Rebate maze, but the rebate codes change every so often, so the codes given by the other person don't work anymore. There are requirements for buying a qualifying new phone from Verizon per line you port in, and possibly a requirement for a specific service plan. If you brought your own phones or did not sign up for whatever service plan is required, then you won't qualify.

Another potential problem is if you were put on some other promotion. Discounts and promos are not stackable.
