I am at my wits end with Verizon!!!! They do not allow you to schedule call backs!!!! When you are forced to Chat and they finally schedule it, no one calls!!!!! I can’t get my issue resolved!!!! They backed out on a promotion that I was promised and now, they haven’t been giving me my proper discounts for months!!!! I have been trying to get this resolved for months; since Oct/Nov!!!!! NO ONE WILL HELP!!!!! Are all of the carriers the same? Has anyone else had this experience?
