Two years after submitting a single post to the community (Zero likes BTW), I receive an email saying my profile has reached some new community participant level. Didn't even remember ever posting.
I very nearly forwarded the email to abuse at sendgrid ... because, it was sent from us.khoros-mail.com.
And since I (nearly) never use the verizon commumity, this must be some phishing email.
Only after double checking the included URLs did I realize oh, maybe it's real.
But why am I typing? My last post surely appealed to far more than this one, and absolutely nobody acknowledged it.
'ell, at least if I had called support, I could tell a human the network is completely congested, even if said rep is powerless to confirm, let alone remedy the problem.
