I recently switched over from T-Mobile to Verizon, and got the a new iPhone 16 pro. I set it up as normal but there is a problem. For some reason, when I go to log into my iCloud, and they text me a code to verify I never receive the code. I tried the call method too, and I never receive the call as well. I go into my iMessage settings and i notice that my iMessage is toggled OFF. When I go to turn it on a pop up appears saying " iMessage Activation An error occurred during activation. Try again" and when I press okay it shows that Send&Receive is No Addresses. Under it also says "Activation unsuccessful. Turn on iMessage to try again." Pressing into the Send&Receive I only see my phone number and when I press on it, nothing happens. I have reset my phone and reset my Network settings many times, and I always am stuck at the part where they send me a Text or Call to verify my iCloud log in, and iMessage is always toggled off. I am able to text through SNS and I call make calls. But I cannot receive any phone calls and text. The only text I can receive is from my family of the same line and it is only in SNS messaging.
