In over 17 months and 3 lines we have called almost every month and never received the device promotional credit. We just keep getting charged for the phones with no credit even though a 4th line on the account gets the single credit successfully. Every rep we talked to every month when we receive the wrong bill says that they will get it fixed and issue a 1000$ + refund in the next bills and it ever never happens. I have filed a case with FCC as well. I regret and rue the day we switched to Verizon. I have repeated my case so often to every agent and answered the same set of questions and heard them repeat the same litany every month. It is just ridiculous. Considering small claims court next. If someone has any suggestions or ideas to get the credit back , please help. Thanks for all the suggestions.
