This morning my iPhone showed a flag under General>Settings. It was a T-Mobile message prompting me to authenticate my eSim with them. I am a Verizon customer, why is this happening?
That is definitely an odd one! We are sending over a private message so we can get additional details and help out!

Are you able to login to your My Verizon account? It's possible this text (?) is a fake and someone is attempting to phish you. Check your eSIMs if you have 2 separate numbers on your phone; if they both belong to Verizon and your Verizon account otherwise looks OK, then delete that message from your phone.
If you only have 1 phone number (one eSIM) on your phone and now there's a 2nd eSIM from T-Mobile which you can't explain, I would contact T-Mobile and report this as fraud, because that sounds like someone is trying to add service to your phone.
If you are unable to login to My Verizon and your phone continues to say it's now with T-Mobile...this is a pretty serious concern known as a fraudulent port out. You will need to file a fraud claim with T-Mobile and I would also report it at IdentityTheft.gov as phone number hijacks like this are typically used to steal personal or financial information.
Do you still need assitance with yur issue?

Joe, it's not me who is having the problem. It is tvettera (see the first post in this thread). I simply hang out here a lot trying to help others.
I need help. I’ve been having this same window pop up on my screen. I’ve since reset my appleid password. I have friends telling me people are contacting them.
Hi there! We are happy to help. I just sent you a private message to get started.

I also just had this issue!
Are you using your previously purchased phone from Verizon with now TMobile, or a previously purchased phone from TMobile with now Verizon?
-Anthony
My husband is getting this now. Concerning. Not sure what to do about it
Hi brittdaven! That definitely is concerning. Is your husband using an unlocked T-Mobile device or made any changes to his eSim?

I keep getting an add eSIM to my Verizon phone I don’t add the eSIM but it still keeps asking me to add the T-Mobile eSIM. What to do ?

I had a settings notification that took me straight to my cellular settings and wanted me to set up a T-Mobile e-sim. I have a solder SEgen2 phone.
Let's take a look TMBKS1 and make sure you have the answers. We're sending a private message your way to help.

I have an iPhone 15 pro and got this notification for the first time today. I’ve been with Verizon for over 20 years. My current phone number has only been on Verizon. It’s troubling.
saravara7: We're always available for support and can investigate this further if it's service impacting. We'll be sending you a Private Note shortly.
