I was promised a $720 Verizon gift card when I switched my wifi/phone plan from US cellular to Verizon on10/18/24. The sale rep said it may take up to 2 billing cycles. So in early 2/2025 I called customer service waited more than 1 hour on the phone with a Verizon rep and he told me I was eligible for the card and would submit it and call me back in exactly 7 days which he never did. I waited 10 day the called and left a message with the sale rep who sold me the package and never received a call back. Then on 2/28/25 I went to the store to talk to the sales rep face to face. Waited 30 minutes as he was with another customer. He tried to help and made several call for me and aft about another hour an email was submitted to me that I would receive my gift card by 3/11/25 Another rep at the store told me he was having the same problem with one of his customers,. Logged in to my Verizon billing account yesterday 3/22/25 and was told my submission was denied. How many hours of my life is Verizon going to waste in order to get something that was promised to me.
