Your thread is asking whether you can get a Samsung smartwatch and not an Apple smartwatch. I'm not very conversant with smartwatches, but not every smartwatch will pair with every phone. Before buying a smartwatch, I'd check whether or not it is compatible with your iPhone 12. With Samsung using Android on their devices, that might not pair with an iPhone.
