The charging cable that came with the phone doesn’t work. Anyone else have this issue?
Not me, but replacement cables are relatively easy to find.
Hello Donna90, we're sorry to hear the cable isn't working properly, we understand the importance of having a way to keep the device charged. Is there any noticeable wear or tear on the cable? Have you tried using different adapterbox to make sure its the cable?
