Nilsa suggested we direct some questions on the r/Fios Reddit site to the Community Forums here. I read one today about what equipment must be returned when unsolicited upgrades are sent to customers. They got conflicting information. That question would truly get better service if it were posted here rather than on Reddit.
I was on my phone, so I logged into the MyVerizon app and went to the Fios Internet and High Speed section to grab a link to include in my Reddit reply. The MyVerizon app doesn't seem to have a way to get the URL, or if there is one, it's well hidden. If I go into a specific post, there is an option named Permalink in the right hamburger menu. I have no idea what that does; it doesn't seem to do anything (useful). Even if it did, a URL link to a post is not what I want. I want to point to the community, not a post within the community. Not having this feature will make it impossible for me to add any replies to Reddit posts from my phone that redirect customers to the website. 90%+ of my Reddit browsing is on the phone or tablet.
A lesser-important missing feature is that I wanted to make this post using the MyVerizon app, but when I try to open a new topic while in the Rountable area, the only choices for where to post topic are the "Big 5" areas of Mobile, Fios, Accessories, Entertainment, and 5G / LTE Home Internet. I had to start my desktop and use a browser to post here. That's not nearly as big of a deal as being unable to get a URL to the community, but it is an undesirable barrier.
