Voice quality

This happens only when I am in my home. The voice from the other side is broken and I can't understand a word they are saying. This is going on for 2 months. Basically I can't use the cell phone when I am home. I am paying for not able to use cell phone from home. Please help.

Someone please correct me if I have it wrong, but if you cannot hear the caller on the other end, then it is a problem on their side. It's usually a sign of poor signal strength with the other caller.

When the problem is on your side, then you can hear the caller, but they will not be able to hear you well.

Is it possible you have WiFi calling enabled and using WiFi at home?

Good point. If the OP is using WiFi Calling maybe they have an IPv6 problem because I think Verizon's default for WiFi Calling is using IPv4. I could link another thread describing the issue and a fix if that's what it is.

We hate to see that you are still having any issues when audio when you are home. When home, are you connecting to your home wifi network? If yes, do you have wifi calling turned on or off?

Many friends and also many people on Reddit have been having Verizon call problems since February 2025. And I've always had IPV6 disabled in our house.
