Recently updated verizon IP set top box , model-IPC4100 can not display Chinese characters correctly in the subtitle of the You Tube icon when Fios was used as input. It only displays all small squares. However, If I by pass the Fios input and use only TV as input, it displays correctly in Chinese. Can any one help how to make the updated Fios box input to display Chinese correctly in You Tube?
