Serious delay issues when using the Guide

In the last two weeks the Guide is having delay issues. Takes up to 10 seconds to see what's on in 2 or 3 hours. Used to be able to see what's on in two weeks but not anymore. Always says "Please wait". Never had it this bad before to the point that I try not to use the Guide. Have the VMS1100 set top boxes. Other than that have no problems with the FIOS service. Has anyone else experienced this?

You can use it with the Fios One boxes. You will only have voice control when using the new remote that comes with the Fios One boxes

Surprised it took this long to catch up to you. The VMS1100 was retired YEARS ago, because it has a much slower processor and way less RAM than the current boxes. You may not see this change back any time soon, or at all without upgrading. I suggest asking for the VMS4100 Fios One boxes, not the stream boxes if possible.

Understood. Would I be able to keep the same big FIOS black remote? I got used to it.
