Back in January 2025, through online chat, I ported 5 lines from T-Mobile to Verizon. One of the main reasons I made the switch was the promise of a $200 Gift Card Rebate on each line ported over. I have called and chatted numerous times and still, no rebates. I even have a ticket open, but when I mention the ticket, I am always told to wait 2 weeks. Is there anyone I can speak to that can cut through the red tape?
