As a very longtime customer of Verizon, I find it insulting that for the amount of my monthly bill, I would have to pay for an upgrade regarding blocked and spam calls. I take the time to block & report spam calls I do not want to receive. If I am doing that, please make it make sense why these calls(some) go to voicemail! If the numbers are blocked, that means that I do NOT want the calls going to voicemail PERIOD. Verizon needs to do something about this...and not at an additional cost to customers.
