I am having the same issue as many others. When I try to click the redeem rebate button it just brings me to a blank screen with a black line. What can I do to redeem it?

We're checking in to make sure you can redeem your offer. This seems to be online through the website correct? Have you already tried redeeming it through the app?

Yes I have tried through the app as well but it still does not work
