Verizon has not honored the port-in promotion 381053 "Switch to Verizon and receive upto $800 credit". If I could go ANYWHERE on the internet and give Verizon a ZERO, I would!!
I went to a Verizon store on 2-8-25 for their promotion as stated above. Got my phone and was told to call customer service in 3 business days to get the $800 credit. I called and spoke to Justin and together called my previous carrier for payoff amount and acct #. Was told to send to poyp.support my latest bill. To which I did. For a month I heard nothing. I called AGAIN and spoke to Mara on 03-14-25..Same thing and she said that the “support “ couldn’t read what I sent (po’d at this point). She told me to send it again. I explained I don’t get statements from other company and I would send the same screenshot I took before and she said that should work and she would reach back out to me within 10 days. AGAIN NOTHING! I called a 3rd time on 03-28-25 and spoke to Gene and he read all the notes and emails and agreed there had been no communication. He stated he would escalate my issue. He also said they wanted a pdf file, not a screenshot. Fine. I sent him as well as the poyp.support the same email with the same pdf file so there would be no more excuses. He viewed it and said it was fine. And he would contact me 313125. I still haven’t heard from ANYONE!! On Friday 04-04-25 I’m taking this phone back to Verizon and disconnecting my service. That’s a guarantee!!!!!!!!
