I've got a few issues these days with Fios- but the biggest is not honoring the price they gave me online. I've called to get this resolved, without luck. I am promised a "call back" that never comes.
I upgraded my internet to 1GB in MAY of 2024 and got an estimated price with all the stuff that's included.... I have the screen shots.... including the order number...
What I am being billed since then- is MUCH higher. No one has been able to help me- no less get a call back from Verizon.
Has anyone had any luck contacting the state and making a complaint, or do I just need to cancel my Fios and jump to Optimum?
