Was sent Fios TV + package that I did not order, I want tv one. Have spent hours getting passed around from one department to another constantly repeating myself and getting gaslighted, different story every time I speak to someone different. Always ends in a scheduled call back for the next day which never calls back. $300/mo for service. I need to get TV one equipment before my legacy boxes sunset. If not I'm going to pile all your stuff at the end of my driveway along with the new TV+ stuff and stream off my att service for less than a quarter of what I'm paying you
