I did not find any reference to this when searching the entries here and I need some help.
My 90 year old father was talked into purchasing a Google Pixel 9 Pro. We set it up and it worked fine until 2 weeks ago when suddenly calls he makes to his wife's new iphone stopped going through. At the same time calls to my sisters iphone 15 stopped going through. He gets a phone unable to receive calls message from both and neither of there phone records any call attempted to come in so his wife has no idea he needs to talk with her. He is still able to call a friend with an iphone 11. Anyone else with a Pixel 9 Pro recent begin having trouble calling newer iphones?
I need to solve this for him ASAP. It is unsettling that he cannot communicate with her when he needs to reach her.
His wife spent two hours, with two employees, at a Verizon store and they were unable to resolve the issue. even with both phones in their hands.
