I recently switched services to Fios cable and I have some feedback on ways Verizon can really improve the DVR platform and functionality and user experience but I have no idea who to talk to about it! Would it be someone on a specific Product team, perhaps? I would love to setup a quick call with someone or get an email I can send my ideas to. I would greatly appreciate it!!
