Verizon is conducting fraudulent business activities: breach of contract and misrepresentation. I am astonished at all the customers who have issues with promotions and customer service. I, too, have fallen prey to the “sexy” promotions they run and have been unable to get any traction on fulfilling said promotion. Interesting that they pay soooo many customer support reps to literally answer calls and disconnect calls and flat out lie. The irony of their motto “Service Done Right”.
