The most incompetent support I've ever seen. From someone who is the customer service industry, I will say that I have never experienced a more incompetent support team and lack of knowledge and communication. Over 10 hours over the phone speaking with multiple reps that clearly didn't know what they were doing, and more patient and accommodating I was the less we came to resolving my issue. I'm am done with Verizon and will be moving after 23 year with them. They are way too over priced for such poor and incompetent support.
