When upgrading my iPhone 13 Pro with the current promotion, it offers a trade in value of $830 and everything appears to calculate correctly, however when I continue with add to cart, my trade in value goes to $0 in the cart. My phone is paid off and I purchased it through Verizon in 2021. I upgraded my husband's iPhone 13 Pro which is on my account without any issues which was bought on the same day as mine. Customer support is no help. I just want to upgrade my phone. Any suggestions?
