verizon. i've called a couple times. you were supposed to have a crew check the tower nearby and call back within 4-5 days.

when i leave the neighborhood, i have 4 bars. here at my house, it goes from 2 bars to no bars. IMPOSSIBLE to run my business this way! i've been with you for 20 years and now this?
