One month into 4 new STB's VMS in not available. No TV at all. 2 hours on the phone with Verizon, and now they are (finally) creating a ticket to have a person come to the house. They tried to "upsell" me on an upgraded router for more money. Are they really trying to say that one month ago the router they gave me with my upgraded internet and brand new STB's is not sufficient to power my new package? AND that it would just suddenly quit all 4 STB's?
I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 30+ years, and I like the internet, cell phone, and tv, but HATE billing and customer service. When I got phone, cable and internet 20 years ago, it took 6+ months to get the billing straightened out. They were trying to charge me for 2 phone lines (at the time it was a lot of money), when Verizon created and disconnected the 2nd line.
