Last week I was going to purchase a new phone and add a line to my family plan. I got sidetracked and left the phone in my cart for a day or 2. I received a text saying if I completed my purchase of the new phone and added a line, I would be eligible for a $200 gift card. While I was checking out, the gift card showed in my cart. When I chose that I was going to bring a phone number from another carrier, another offer popped up saying that I would get a $200 rebate for doing this. I did not receive any communication about the rebates so I chatted with Customer Service - where I was told that even though both gift cards/rebates were showing during check-out, that I could only redeem one? Really? I completed the requirements for BOTH rebates/gift cards!! 1 - I completed my phone purchase and added a new line and 2 - I brought a number over. 2 very distinct requirements. If I was not eligible, why was I offered them both during the checkout process? I have talked to another 1 or 2 representatives, and still no luck.
