Hi,
I recently changed my Fios account from Fios TV to Internet Only and now I have to return my old Set Top Boxes.
My problem is that, when I originally got Fios TV, my Dad was set to move in with us and I ordered him an STB. He passed away about a month later and we never used that STB.
We changed his room into my wife's home office and I put that I put that STB in a "safe place", in case we could use it elsewhere in the future.
Fast-forward 8 years to this week, when I now have 30 days to return the STBs and I'm recovering from a total knee replacement and can't remember where I put Dad's STB.
Question - If I return the STBs of which I know their location and pay the fee for Dad's "missing" STB now, can I get refunded for that fee when I am able to locate the STB?
