I recently brought a new phone on e-bay and it is connected to Verizon . The problem is that it is not compatible with UK 4G networks.
Is there a way to unlock the phone for use in the UK?
I have never seen an instance in which someone could get a 3rd party purchased phone like this unlocked. You need to get a refund from the seller. Hopefully they haven't "disappeared", as it is a common practice to dispose of phones with shady histories overseas.
