Last billing period, I was charged $0.64 for "Verizon Forward Discount removed". I didn't ask for the discount to be removed and nothing has changed in my plan (the discount is still there).
Rep from online chat assured me that it will be returned to me next billing period. I just got the invoice and it was NOT refunded.
It's only $0.64, I get it, but this is a matter of principle. I didn't ask for any change and so I should've have been charged. And I've had issue after issue since joining. Spending 1+ hour trying to get ahold someone to address it, waiting a whole month to see if the fix (if any). I'm so tired of Verizon doing whatever it wants and not fixing problems.
Please refund me $0.64. Thank you.
