Customer service is a joke. My father called them for an issue regarding a business account that was opened without his knowledge. His english isn't great so he went on a sustained explanation to the agent. When speaking to an agent about the issue, they said he had to talk to a Verizon business agent, since it was a business account. They thought he was the account holder when he was not. He was transferred to the business agent. For some reason, the agent didn't transfer the issue info or let the other agent know why he was being transferred to them. When having to explain again, the operator mistook his words and thought he was talking about a residential account, wouldn't listen to his story and immediately transfered back to residential agent. Which means waiting for agent for 30 minutes, retelling his issue and being transferred, yet again, to business account agent and waiting another half hour.
