I am trying to have a paid account removed from my credit report in order to be able to get a home loan, but have had little success in being able to reach anyone who is even willing to speak to me. Hours long hold times that I have no time to wait for, and online support that blows off my requests telling me to wait 45 days for an update, which cannot even let me know if the account will be removed or just show a $0 balance. I'm posting here in an attempt to reach someone who will actually listen to my request.
