Replaced my Legacy Equipment with FIOS ONE VMS4100 and IPC4100's and all went well, have question about Basic DVR

Recently I upgraded my Legacy Motorola boxes with FIOS ONE VM4100 and some IPC4100's and had no issues installing the new router and activating the new boxes. I was trying to upgrade online to Basic DVR for $12 and just want to confirm I can still order just Basic if I have more then 1 box on my account. It seemed to let me choose it but then it started giving a message about having to return equipment but yet all I want to do is activate the DVR that is already in my VMS4100. Thx for any replies.

Try going through the billing department and tell them what your issues are.

Update to my OP. I currently have a legacy plan called ExtremeHD and the only way they can add the $12/mo DVR to my account also will remove a $25 bundle credit I have and they are not able to add it back. I want to pay FIOS $12 more a month yet they want me to pay $37 for it by removing the $25 monthly credit I have on the plan. Is there any work around to this as they told me its either lose the $25 credit or move into a newer plan that would be $50+ a month which is a NO win for me.
