My old DVR was replaced with a new one last summer.
When I delete a scheduled recording using the remote, the program is removed from the schedule but returns a few minutes later.
Try powercycling the DVR and the router, router first.
Thank you for this suggestion but it did not work. I was going to try it before going to bed but we had a 5-minute power failure last night. When power returned, I unplugged the STB until internet connection returned and then plugged the STB back in. After it started working, I removed a scheduled program from the list and it returned 2 minutes later.
Which boxes do you have? The new Fios + or the older Fios one?
