VMS4100 Remote

Question

Just started using the new remote that came with the VMS4100.  Its actually not as bad as I thought.  If I recall, the tech said that you can only have one remote per set top box.   Is that true because I use two of the old remotes  in my current setup with no problem.

Not sure but I think you can only use one of the new blutooth remotes at a time since they have to pair with the box. The old remotes use IR and do not have to pair with the box to work. So you should be able to use them any time you want.
