My call filter suddenly stopped working today. Now it just grinds on and on saying "Checking account status... please wait". I have deleted and reinstalled the app. Still nothing.
Also, the Verizon Protect locks up after opening.
How do I fix this?

Hi wwlove, you can try reaching out to the Call Filter & Verizon Protect team directly by sending them a email (email address listed on the App Store). They would need the app version and phone number affected. If you are unsure of what app version you have, for androids: Settings>Apps>the app name>App info with the version at the bottom and for iOS: Settings>General>iPhone Storage >app name>App info with the version at the top. In the meantime does the 'Manage Call Filter' feature work in your MyVerizon app?
