$200 gift card not honored per line.

I was offered a $200 gift card per each line when I switched from T-mobile by doing this online. I am a new verizon customer since 2/20/25.

From my understanding, you have 30 to 60 days to claim these rebates. I called Verizon several times to be able to get these gift cards. I was told to wait 30 to 60 days and they will appear in my account.

These gift cards never appeared in my account and it's past 60 days.

Not only I had these issues with the gift cards but I also my first responder discount wasn't applied. I applied it myself later on. and my promotion code was not applied either.

At this point, I just want to be able to get my gift cards if anyone will be able to help me, this is very frustrating, it is past the redemption date but the customer representative did say it was a pop up promotional offer and this does not apply for that specific promotional website but rather it should've been included in my total amount.

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, a resolution was found for the gift card issue. If someone else has a similar issue, there’s a few reasons that could occur. The offer requirements were not met. Applying for the offer occurred outside the required timeframe. Required documentation was not submitted or visible.

Sure, I am currently on the phone with verizon reps but unfortunately I keep getting bounce around because they don't know what to do.

Hi, if you currently have a first responder discount on your account, unfortunately promotions and discounts aren't stackable.

There is a rebate website in which you would enter a promo code to get the $200 Switcher Rebate, but I suspect if you were to try that, it would either come back as "invalid", or will remove your first responder discount completely in exchange for the $200.
