I also have the same problem. Bought a meta quest 3s with gift cards to be picked up in store on May 7th, the store cancelled same day due to missing stock. They said the gift cards would be refunded, they never were. I've since called Verizon multiple times, and tried to get the support people on twitter or X or whatever, they couldn't assist. I believe a ticket was created a couple of days ago but I don't think it should be taking this long.
