We have joined Verizon around 1.5 months ago. I submitted form for $200 VISA gift card on April 8. However, it shows that invalid submission today. We (4 lines) were never been Verizon user. It's not expected to get denial after joining. I can share the service request or ticket numbers if that helps. We don't want to have this kind of experience as a new customer
