Never received $100 Amazon sign on bonus

I recently (March 2025) signed up for Verizon Home Internet and part of the promotion was a $100 Amazon Gift Card. I have not received any information on how to register for or access this Gift Card through my account or email. Please help me figure out how to receive this benefit that was part of my new service.
