Phone calls & text not coming through

Since I received my Iphone 16 pro, phone incoming calls and text are sporadic. Been to the Apple Store and the phone is fine, sitting on the phone with Verizon now for over an hour, now at tier 2. This started in Jan. 2025. Has anyone else had the issue?

I have been having this same issue for a little over 2 years on my Galaxy S22 Ultra. There is no way to see there is an issue with calls or texts not coming in unless I can't get my verification call to log into work or I try to make a call and can't. This happens randomly. Sometimes triggered when I am driving (not long distances or over an extended time period) and I suppose is just a glitch when switching from tower to tower. But other times it is when I have been home all day and recieved calls earlier in the day just fine. Putting my phone in airplane mode and back out has solved the issue every time but once, when I had to restart my phone. I've called a couple times on the issue as we previously had great, uninterrupted service and there is never any explanation or resolution. They always suggest changing something in my settings and restarting my phone but that doesn't change the fact that it continues to happen and I am frequently unknowingly unable to get calls. Very frustrating in general but infuriating with younger children just old enough for independence in our neighborhood and when I rely on my phone for work calls. It appears very unprofessional on my part when people not only can't get through, but also can't leave a message as they are greeted with a standard verizon message telling them my phone is not available to accept calls.
