Ok, so I could write a short story here on t this subject. But I won't. Simply put, Verizon has become a headache, a joke really, and it's unacceptable. I've been here for a while but that might just change real soon. After countless, literally, conversations with agents working on lowering my ever climbing, way too expensive bill. Boy was I surprised to find it literally DOUBLED!! so after 4 or 5 M0RE conversations and hours of my life gone I was told basically ,"sorry", I had one agent get it straight I was sent a link to confirm, then was told that confirmation would be sent to my email. NO SUCH THING! and I got disconnected. I refuse to pay this, nothing I agree with happened and I for sure didn't agree to double my bill. Now I'm charged late fees and reactivation fees when I've been trying for 2 weeks to get this straight. There really is no sense in taking with anyone. Nothing gets done, it's ridiculous. Oh, and received a gift card I couldn't use at the shop because of this mess, I'm shopping for different carrier options as we speak
