Did Not Receive $100 Amazon Gift Card From Promotion

Hi All,

When I signed up for my fios account, they had said that a $100 Amazon gift card would be issued but I am not seeing anything yet. Am I missing something? How I’m supposed to get receive this gift card?

The $50 Verizon gift card shows up under the pending offers, but the $100 Amazon gift card is nowhere to be found.

If someone from customer service could reach out and help address this issue, that'd be much appreciated!

I have exactly the same problem. I received the confirmation email saying that my price includes $100 Amazon gift card but cannot find it in my pending offers.

Still no gift card in sight. Will be filing a formal complaint with the FCC and BBB.

Me too. This is so wrong they should be ashamed.

Have u all paid the bill up to date with no interruption because that’s how they get you if your bills aren’t paid in full for the first three months, but if they were like mine were we need to not let it go
